She moved from India, survived the dot-com crash, spent time in childcare, and eventually found her way back to tech, not by following a plan, but by saying yes to a chaotic, green-field opportunity that unlocked her entire DevOps leadership career. With over 20 years of experience driving large-scale cloud initiatives at AWS, she knows what it means to rebuild from scratch and bet on yourself when the path disappears.
