Natesha Mortimer is the founder of Data Swale and a data scientist, analytics strategist, and community-focused technology leader passionate about helping businesses scale through smarter data-driven decision-making. She works at the intersection of data strategy, analytics, operations, and technology — helping organizations identify gaps, strengthen decision infrastructure, and turn complex information into actionable insights. Currently completing her Master's in Computational Data Analytics at Georgia Tech, Natesha also graduated Magna Cum Laude from UCF with a BSBA in Finance. Her background spans utility digitization, anti-money laundering operations, and complex financial derivative portfolios across global teams at one of the world's largest asset management institutions. Known as the "Community Data Scientist," she leads workshops and hands-on tech events to make data, AI, and technology more approachable — especially for women and underrepresented communities entering tech and business.
