Lynne Ghelfi is a marketing director in the automotive industry and a John Maxwell certified coach with over 14 years leading teams in one of the most fast-paced, male-dominated industries out there. She rose from a first-year car salesperson — top three in sales and the only woman on the floor — through roles as sales manager, internet director, and BDC director before landing in marketing leadership.
