About
Lynne Ghelfi is a marketing director in the automotive industry and a John Maxwell certified coach with over 14 years leading teams in one of the most fast-paced, male-dominated industries out there. She rose from a first-year car salesperson (top three in sales and the only woman on the floor) through roles as sales manager, internet director, and BDC director before landing in marketing leadership. She is the author of No Talent Required: The Twelve Leadership Practices That Drive Culture, Trust, and Productivity, built around the idea that the fundamentals of good leadership (attitude, gratitude, courage, empathy) take no natural talent, just daily intentionality.
