Jennifer Solberg, PhD, is a CEO, entrepreneur, and expert in human performance and emerging technology. She began her career as a Senior Research Psychologist with the U.S. Army Research Institute, developing technology-enabled training for soldiers before moving into the private sector as Director of Defense Solutions at Design Interactive. In 2014, she founded Quantum Improvements Consulting (QIC) and has led it as CEO for over a decade. She recently launched MagellanXR, building immersive augmented reality experiences designed to entertain, educate, and inspire. Jennifer holds a PhD in Cognitive and Experimental Psychology from the University of Georgia and is a published researcher with over nine publications. She is known for being creative, analytical, and action-oriented — and deeply passionate about the future of learning.
